摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨改良Stoppa入路在骨盆合并髋臼骨折治疗中的效果。方法采用回顾性病例对照研究分析2013年3月至2018年3月开滦总医院林西医院骨科收治的骨盆合并髋臼骨折患者38例的临床资料。根据手术方法不同分为对照组18例和改良Stoppa组20例。对照组采用常规髂腹股沟入路手术。改良Stoppa组患者采用改良Stoppa入路手术。所有患者获得12～60个月的随访。比较2组患者手术及术后恢复情况。结果改良Stoppa组患者手术时间、术中出血量及切口长度均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.10、3.29、5.06,P均<0.05)。2组患者临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。改良Stoppa组患者髋关节Majeed功能评分总分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.13,P<0.05)。改良Stoppa组患者并发症发生率[10.0%(2/20)]明显低于对照组[38.9%(7/18)],差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.37,P<0.05)。结论改良Stoppa入路手术与常规手术的临床效果相当,但创伤较小,并发症发生率较低。
